All registrations must be completed on the official website.
After the completion of your registration, a confirmation e-mail with all registration details will be sent to you.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within two weeks of your submission, please get in touch with the Registration Office.

• Participant: Doctor, PhD, Clinical and Research Fellow
• Surgeon in Training: Resident, Intern

Notes

• Pre-registered participants who do not complete payment in advance must pay the on-site registration fee.
• All participants are required to bring a form of identification for registration.
• Surgeons in Training, Therapist, Students and Nurses are required to bring a printed copy of their ID or qualification certificates for registration (Copies cannot be made on-site.)
• Please note that registration fees do not cover accommodation, optional tours.

• Registration acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days of your online registration.
• Registrations without payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• Registrants may check the payment status of their registration on 'My page’.
• Registrant's payment status will be updated from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ within two weeks of receipt of your full payment.

Payment Method

Fee payments must be made using one of the following options:

   Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through online registration.
• Actual amount debited is subject to change according to the current exchange rate.
• Only international credit cards (VISA, Master and JCB) are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card information.
• For those who makes credit card payment for KSES 2025 registration in Republic of Korea, Internet Explorer is highly recommended for your on-line registration process. Google's Chrome Browser show several disturbances with payment system in Republic of Korea.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• Actual amount debited is subject to change according to current exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.

   Bank Transfer

• The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name, with the name clearly stated on the wire transfer.
• A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent by email(kses2025@gmail.com) to the registration office.
• Please note that bank charges for remittances should be paid by the registrant.

   Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail (kses2025@gmail.com) to the registration office by March 15, 2025. Requests for refunds received after March 15, 2025, will not be considered.
• Actual amount debited is subject to change according to the current exchange rate.
• All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from your congress registration refund.
• Please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
• Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation.
